Arkansas Vehicle Registration Renewal
Residents in the state of Arkansas can register their vehicle, renew their plates, update a mailing address & set up email reminders. ARStar is operated by the state of Arkansas and is free to use. When renewing your vehicle the Arkansas STreamline Vehicle Renewal system accepts the following forms of payments:

When renewing your vehicle you will need the Renewal ID Number and the Verification Code. Your Renewal ID Number and Verification Code can be found on your Renewal Notice you received in the mail. The ID number will be 8 digits long and found in box 1. The verification code will be 4 digits long and will be found in box 2. If you do not have the previous mentioned information you can renew with the Last 4 Digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), License Plate Number and Zip Code. Your VIN number can be found on the right hand side of your dashboard or on your vehicle registration document. Once you have made payment you can expect your decals to arrive by mail within 5 business days.
Please note that under state law you need to maintain liability insurance before renewing your vehicle. The change of address will take immediately when making a change of address using the ARStar website.
